The new release of Sony Vegas Pro build 521 will now export 3d Cineform files. However there are 2 bugs. 2 black frames are added to the start of the file and the timecode is set to the encode time instead of 00:00:00:00.

Ok the black frames seem to have been my fault as I am now unable to reproduce the problem. The timecode problem is still an issue.
