Stellar Lighting Systems On-Camera LED Light STL-AF5W B&H Photo

Anyone tried this? Aside from the lack of gel/diffuser/barndoor, it looks like a decent alternative from the typical panel design.

FYI, I've tried contacting both emails on the manufacturer's website several days ago. One bounced back and no response from the other so I'm guessing sales/customer service is not one of their strengths. Still very curious about this so if anyone has any experience, please share.
