I did a timelapse of the sky last night @18db and 1/3 second. In the footage there are two clear red pixels, that I do not see under 'normal' shooting circumstances. Also not when shooting (very) dark scenes. Does someone know where this comes from and what to do about it?

I recall from my trv 900 days that under these circumstances - high gain and low shutter speed at 24p - hot pixels on the sensor that don't show up under normal shooting specs can show up. That might be the case. It was a serviceable issue, as I recall, though this was long ago.

It is possibly dust on the sensor. I already had that issue but was easily fixed.

You could try black balancing. Sometimes recovers lost or stuck pixels.

Someone on another forum had this same issue. Black balancing should correct this.

Thanks all. Black balance did the trick. What worries me however is the remark in the manual: "The adjusted settings are stored only temporarily. The settings return to the default settings when you turn the power off."
I did not see the red pixels reappear after switching on/off, but does this risk exist?
