A new version of Neo is available. The only difference I have found is that it fixes the geen line problem when used with mvctoavi. Still cannot render 3D cineform in sony vegas.

David Newman December 24th, 2011, 11:48 AM Sony is working on that, something to do with creating Vegas templates. Serge Victorovich December 25th, 2011, 12:44 PM A new version of Neo is available. "the geen line problem" also in GoPro Cineform Studio Premium (beta) 1.1.1.95 David Newman December 25th, 2011, 01:23 PM Under CineForm Studio Premium, there is no need to use MVCtoAVI, as MVC is natively supported. You shouldn't see any green lines for native conversions. Trevor Harris December 25th, 2011, 05:42 PM I tried cineform studio 1.1.1.95 with TD10 mvc file and that did not have green line. Brian Parker December 26th, 2011, 10:15 AM Does Studio Premium have First light baked into it? Is there any way to get access to the betas? David Newman December 26th, 2011, 10:41 AM First Light is still there but it being phased out as it features move into the new Studio application. To get on to the private beta you need to own an MVC camera, if so email support@cineform.com. Jay Bloomfield December 26th, 2011, 01:51 PM A new version of Neo is available. It destroyed the activation on my computer for Neo 3D Win over build 332 and the deactivate button is greyed out in Activate.exe, so all I could do was file a support ticket. David Newman December 27th, 2011, 11:44 AM It doesn't destroy the activation. You simply need to uninstall before you install this new software. Uninstall new, reinstall the old and you can do everything as both. I do wonder way you are doing a deactivation -- don't do that for the new software (yet.) Jay Bloomfield December 28th, 2011, 04:23 PM Heh heh, I talked to Jake, it was "operator error" on my part. No, I only deactivated after contacting support and the first couple go rounds of getting "Invalid Activation Key". Brian Parker December 29th, 2011, 07:17 AM First Light is still there but it being phased out as it features move into the new Studio application. To get on to the private beta you need to own an MVC camera, if so email support@cineform.com. Cool. Will the new app have more finite controls for dealing with highs/mids/lows? In Synthetic Aperture, which is what I am used to, there are RGB gamma/gain/lift sliders for each of the Highs/Mids/Lows. Without this I can only do basic fixes to my files in First Light. David Newman December 29th, 2011, 11:27 AM We aren't trying to replace Synthetic Aperture or similar. While we do plan more color correction features, but that is not one of them (I think that breaks the point of Lift/Gamma/Gain and it compliance with ASC CDL standards.) Justin Lovell January 4th, 2012, 09:52 AM 5.6 available... where is the download link? website leads to 5.56 version. Justin Lovell January 4th, 2012, 09:54 AM Appears that the download file is 5.6 version. The download email says:\ Neo v5.56 build 338 - CURRENT VERSION 5.5 . Just a typo I guess... Junior Pascual January 7th, 2012, 02:19 PM Hi. Do you have a link to this current build? Thanks.
