filling out fs100/fmu128gb rebate form-anything i need to know?

ended up buying a fs100 kit + fmu128gb from the good folks at able cine/nyc.

filling out the rebate form this morning before the dec 15th deadline.

anyone who has done the rebate form, any potholes i need to be aware of?

anyone get their rebate check yet?

The part that mentions that you need to send BOTH UPC labels is in pretty small print.

Fred's comment on the including the ORIGINAL UPC label is crucial. Otherwise, very straightforward. Got my $500 rebate check 2 weeks ago. :)
