Has anyone got recommendations for a good shoulder mount solution for the HXR-NX5U? Mine is beginning to get 'pimped' out and while hand holding it is still certainly within the 'realm', it would be a lot more comfortable using a 'tool'. I'm sure all the 'shoulder mount' ENG Pro's out there will be saying, "What a 'wuss'!' Heh, heh!

I use the Protech mount for mine. It's not cheap around £750 but it enables me to use a standard Sony Tripod plate to mount it and also I can fit a IDX Camwave on the back for a short HD wireless link. Also I have bought the DC adapter which enables me to run the camera of standard V-Lock batteries. Finally it makes the camera look a lot more professional when I'm using it for work.

Dan...yes, I realized after I posted. Apparently, there's a 'feature' called 'Search'...who knew? Heh, heh!

I get the 'Dummy Award' for this Post.
