Hola i know that in thi camera we have a focus function that highlights in RED the border of the object focused but i wanted to know if there's a kind of focus assist where there's a kind of digital zoom like in the other cameras...
thx a lot

Nope - for some strange reason Panasonic didn't include a zoom in focus assist with this camera.
Every other HD & stills camera I've used has this function but not the AF-102.
Panasonic has also said that it is not possible to introduce this function with a firmware update.
A huge omission in my opinion.

I agree, HUGE omission. Especially as its not possible to zoom in, focus and zoom back out with the majoriy of lenses.

I agree that this is a problem with the AF100.
The best solution is to get an external monitor or EVF that has the 1:1 pixel feature.

last i checked all AVCCAM units don't have focus assist zooms.. well the new 160 and 130 definitely dont anyway, where as the 250 does.. seems to be a professional P2 thing only.

The HMC150 and the GH2 both have focus assist,it's not just P2
it was the one serious let down with the AF101 for me, don't understand why they left it out on the 160/130 either

The 150 focus assist was a great feature! It's hard to believe they would leave that out!
