Apparently there is a second camera in development that has no name yet that's in an SLR form that will be in the C line. Canon have announced a prototype in a press release. I imagine Chris will be posting soon? It would perhaps be the AF100/FS100 competitor?
See Engadget in the meantime.

It's another DSLR, apparently more oriented towards video.
I can't believe Canon can't rationalize a large sensor video product line from the needs of its customers.
Whoever manages both the video and still divisions at Canon isn't doing his job.

Yep, this is the camera they should have made and announced tonight.
