The rolling shutter with that strobe is awful. Otherwise I dug it.

I couldn't figure out how to deal with the rolling shutter. It only went away when I turned on my LED light. Thanks for the compliment though.

More footage:

Just added a new edit. This one features more of the cast of the haunted house. Also I went a little audio crazy with this one by using the FCPX audio assets liberally.

The good news is that I am not starting all new threads for updated content!

This is my final edit that includes behind the scenes footage. The first half of the video is pretty much the same as the above post, but the second half includes all new content. I'm very happy with it because I shot a lot of what I would consider "B-roll" and didn't have the slightest clue how to edit it in. My main concern was keeping the entire video short and sweet. I'm still fresh at the techniques but I tried to incorporate slides and monopod trick shots into the video. I can't recommend the Manfrotto 561BHDV-1 enough! I was able to be incredibly mobile throughout the event and get great stable shots, as well as a variety of camera movements. It has helped me tremendously.
