I am converting Mts files that were shot 1080 60i with a Sony FS100. I have tried FCP log and transfer and clipwrap (converting to pro res). It works either way but the converted files are slightly darker and slightly jumpy almost like it is skipping frames. The originals do not play like this so the issue is the conversion. Any thoughts?? I have edited footage from a Sony AX2000 which also shoots AVCHD a year back and never had any issues.

So I have figured a few things out... The jumpiness is only happening when I play the file directly through quicktime. When I bring it into FCP it plays fine. It is still slightly darker, not sure why??
