I'm looking for a project contract template for my video business but don't know if there's anything free or paid for on the net. I understand that any template I get will have to be modified by a lawyer to suit my particular business. I just need a comprehensive contract it doesn't need to be long just complete with job description, fees, project time line, cancellation intellectual rights etc. Any suggestion or advice would also be appreciated.
