Samsung 3D LED Monitor - This time it's real! (http://www.samsung.com/ca/3dledmonitor/index.html?pid=ca_monitorstype_keyvisual1_3dledmonitor_20110914)

It doesn't say for sure on the website and I can't find any other specific information. Does anyone own one of these 27" models? Can you connect a 3D Blu-Ray player to it and play a Blu-Ray 3D or does it require a computer source for 3D?

The Samsung Model S27A950D (here is the US) supports Tri Def on computer and 3D via HDMI. Frame Sequential, Top-Bottom or Side By Side input. At least according page 25 of user guide.

Thanks for finding that link to the user guide.
On page 28 it says it supports the HDMI association recommended 1080p24 and 720p60 3D modes and will automatically switch into 3D when detected. Without mentioning HDMI1.4a by name I can't confirm if this monitor will also support 1080i60 HDMI1.4a sources.

Samsung Model number S27A750D has a bit more information available in it's user guide, as far as I can tell they are the same monitor with different style bases.

on page 77 of the user guide the table lists 1920 x 1080 60i SbS supported.
