Dylan, the DV challenge is becoming really popular... check your web site:
Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

That can't be real. There hasn't been any movies there yet, or? Anyway I know a provider that gives 45 GB monthly transfer and 3 GB of discspace and seem to be fairly solid. Price is 99 USD per year.
EDIT: Dylan, mail me if you need more info.

This one has been good to me. I set it up for DV#2.

dvchallenge.com has changed servers and it'll take about a day or two for the new DNS info to propagate throughout the net.

I always get worried when I see the word "bandwidth" used in that sense.. bandwidth is the theoretical maximum amount of data in a small amount of time (ie a second) than a particular pipe can handle.. "bandwidth exceeded" logically means, you're trying to transfer 11mbit/sec down a 10mbit pipe :) it should say "Transfer Allowance Exceeded" instead.

if you need large amounts of transfer at cheap prices, i used to use www.managed.com, $60/mo for 1tb, but i've switched to a private reseller for about the same money for less storage/transfer, but on a fully managed box (cpanelx, backups etc)
