I have two different investors ready to fund my first feature based on the strength of the script and the story. One in putting up $100,000 and the other $50,000. However, all parties need to sign a contract on it. I don't have or know an entertainment lawyer and I can't even afford them if I did. I'm the one holding up my own production because I can't get a damn contract together...any advice on where to find a sample or get one?
