I use Avid MC 5.04 and AMA my clips into my bin. Would this $17 device: SATA II to Compact Flash (CF) Adapter - Cyberguys.com (http://www.cyberguys.com/product-details/?productid=41458&core_cross=SEARCH_SKU) solve some of the performance problems of linked clips.I'm new to HD work flows & any advice would be appreciated.
PS I love my Canon XF100
