My googling must not be working, because I can't seem to find a Sony service center in Chicago.

Can that be right?

I need the firmware update and a tune-up for my heavily used EX-3 and would prefer not to have to ship it to NJ or LA ... which sounds time-intensive and expensive.

Anybody know the score?
