This is crazy--I enlarged the Video Preview window and it "locked in" to the point where I can't bring back the timeline section. There's no "grab" on the bottom where I can snap/drag the timeline section back. What happened?? How can I start fresh again with the whole Vegas 9.0 field? No matter what I do (even rebooting), nothing changes anything. This is a really stupid stumbling block I never encountered before. Thanks.

Go to view, highlight window layouts , click on default layout.
