It might save folk some time if the following information appeared on Cineform's website, rather than coming in the email that arrives after one (finally) figures out which upgrade to request. Just saying ...
ATTENTION: NeoHD and Neo4K have merged! The two products are now simply called NEO.
Existing NeoHD version 5 users can use their existing Serial numbers starting with 'NHW50'.
Existing Neo4K version 5 users will need to request new serial numbers from support@cineform.com.
Oh, and the handy dandy "Upgrade Policy" link in your Neo page http://techblog.cineform.com/?p=2885 .... well that just leads to a blank page.
