The Iris ring on my camera has slop in it. It moves iradically in relation to the F stop setting. It doesn't feel like it's calibrated very tightly. Is this another one of those "it's normal" for this camera? My other camera is a Canon XH-A1. It tracks beautifully and offers more incremental F stop adjustments.
