Wondering whether you guys film at 24 or 25 fps. I am told most of the broadcast in PAL countries are 25fps.

I have been shooting at 1080p at 24fps with my Canon Mark IV DSLR. Unfortunately it doesn't have a 60fps 1080p mode. That would have come in handy for slow motion.

My short film is currently in the editing stage. One of the TV channels had expressed interest to show it. I was wondering if there will be issues in converting to DVD and 25fps.

You should be able to just rerender it to that format in most professional editing suites.
