Free upgrade to Neo 5.5

Rudy, Go to the Cineform support page and send in a ticket asking for a new serial number...
you'll need to send in your old serial number your using now.. then, Cineform will send you a new serial number and you uninstall your 4K software, Install the new software....
When you start up HDLink for the first time it will give you the opertunity for activation... and you will now
input the new serial number and wait for the email that has your activation number... now start HDLink
again... this time input your serial number and validation number... it will also ask for the system code...
to get that goto the Start button, click All Programs, find Cineform, click Cineform to open the querry, and
find " Activate ", Click Activate and a box will show you the information from an activation. If you use this method before you un-install your 4K version you can also get the serial number you need to send in for the new serial number... sounds like fun... :-) Just be glad you don't have a lot of computers to update...

almost forgot... when you do all of this you need to stand on one foot and rub your tummy counter clock wise... ( joking )

If you have NEOHD you didn't have to do any of this... not sure why
