View Full Version : CS5.5/NEO5.5-Bizarre Timeline Thumbnails

Just installed the full version of Production Premium CS5.5 and NEO 5.5.
Everything seems to function normally except for the clip header thumbnails on the CFHD timeline. They are displayed in such garish, oversaturated color- primarily blues & reds- that the thumbnail image is indecipherable.
The actual clips do preview normally & everything behaves normally.
Has anyone else seen this??
Any ideas how to correct/prevent these odd thumbnail images???

Here's a screengrab- you can easily see the problem on the timeline clips

Report to support, I believe that has already been solved.

I get the same thing. If you get an answer can you share? I get it on my export also, which is really annoying.

Hmmm....
I haven't tried an export yet.
That would be a serious problem.
I have a ticket in- we'll see what happens.

It only impacts IP files (not I-frame) and only on the thumbnails (fixed soon.) It will not impact exports. If you having export issues update you software, then contact support only if the exports still fail -- I have tested that it currently working fine..

Great news!!
Today's release of Neo 5.5.1 seems to have cured my timeline thumbnail problem
After install of the new version, all of my CF timelines in all projects look perfect.
