Hi to all,
Is anyone using the Open FX version of Neat Video (so its available in all your software rather than just Vegas) ?
How and where do you install it? Manually?
Cant find any instructions on their web site.

I know my NewBlue OpenFX plugins put a "effname.ofx.bundle" file in c:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\NewBlue but the actual plugin files are installed elsewhere.

Vlad from Neat Video got back to me and explained,
OpenFX version of Neat Video requires these host
applications:
Foundry Nuke 6.0+ / 5.1+
Eyeon Fusion 6.0+ / 5.1+
To use Neat Video in Vegas, you need the Neat Video for Vegas,
either 32-bit or 64-bit one, depending on version of Vegas.
To use Neat Video in After Effects CS5, you need the 64-bit
version of Neat Video for After Effects.
To use Neat Video in VirtualDub, you need the 32-bit or 64-bit
version of Neat Video for VirtualDub, depending on the version
of VirtualDub.
All three versions of Neat Video for the above host applications
are available in: Neat Video :: download (http://www.neatvideo.com/download.html)
Thank you,
Vlad
Wonder why Open FX architecture isnt working for us here?
But still, It is an amazing tool, well worth the $100 to have in Vegas.
