I have been trying to reach Ross at MxR. My MxR card has died and want to find out warranty type info. They do not seem to respond to email. Does anyone know how to contact him/them?

Thanks in advance,

Dano

... symptoms ?? ... I once thought the same, but a little "blow" of canned air inside the contacts of the adapter solves the problem ....

my 2 cents

Thanks I will try that. The card will not mount in the camera or on my computer. MxR people seem to be in the wind....

As the song goes, the answer my friend is blowing in the wind. I assume you've tried this breeze.

A little bit of contact cleaner might help, too. A Sony SxS card started acting up, and a bit of contact cleaner solved the problem.

I did try to contact Dano, but unfortunately his ISP was blocking our server, so he didn't see a reply.

After he emailed me for a second time, I realised what had happened and contacted him using a different email server.

It was curious that we didn;t get a reject response from comcast.net.
