I understand Adobe are updating CS5 to 5.5 but I'm looking for some help to export to some Android devices.

At the moment I'm exporting to H264 with the following settings

PAL 480*800 25fps deinterlaced
AAC, 160 kbps 48 kHz, Stereo
VBR 1 Pass, Target 1 Max 2 Mpbs

Now I can only set the PAR at 16x9 so its a little cut off at the top on my device, is there a change I can either change it or set something else?

I use the Apple iPod presets in CS5 (I can't remember what's available in CS3) and they seem to play just fine in my Android phone...
