Howdy...

Just bought a new GlideTrack Hybrid. It arrived the evening before a shoot I thought I'd use it on, so this video was shot after just taking it out of the box. The slider footage is shot with a 5D and a Manfrotto ball head.

FYI: This was a budget shoot, with available light and less than 90 minute to get it done. I think the slider really added a touch of class :-)

Thoughts?

Very nice work ben,
Was that shot entirely with the slider?
Thanks,
Al

Well, not the non-sliding shots, but all the slider shots were shot with the slider...

I've been extremely impressed with the new hybrid carriage that just came frim Glidetrack.
I've been using it with my Canon XF300 - and for such a heavy camera, I was able to make smooth tilts as well as pans during a slide with no snagging or jerking from the bearings.
That wouldn't have been possible with the old bearings.

What length did you go for?
