Just been out with the XHA1s to shoot some footage.

Got back to the studio and tried to play back as normal (dial set to VCR/PLAY), but nothing is showing up on the LCD, or when switch to viewfinder. I can hear the tape playing in the camera, but it's just showing the blue screen.

Also tried capturing footage via Firewire, but also same behaviour when looking at computer monitor.

I've also just tried playing a tape which I used to shoot with the other day (and have since captured the tape's footage perfectly), but this is behaving in the same way.

Is it possible I could have knocked a switch? I haven't been into the menu at all.

Any suggestions very welcome as I'm due to shoot something tomorrow!!!

Scrap that... I've just left the camera off for 10 minutes and it's playing as normal again.

A little worrying though... any ideas what could have caused the issue?
