I've been having problems with soft focus more than a few times, so I'm thinking of springing for an on-camera monitor for my HMC-150 to (hopefully) solve the problem.

I saw someone asked this question a year ago, but I figured, one year later, perhaps new things have come out.

So, if I want to get an on camera monitor for the HMC-150, anyone have a recommendation?
