Hi,
when I record with the xf100 set on 50i, will I get actual interlaced footage, with both fields distinct from each other or will the camera shoot full frame images and split them up according to 50i standard?
I am asking, because I was under the impression, that modern cameras do not make interlaced footage, but my test footage does look interlaced.
This question is most likely not xf100 specific, but with hvx200 and hpx171 I never had interlaced material even on i-settings. Or is my memory blurred?
Thanks for any answer
DS
