Just curious how many of you use the smart tools (toggled on or off) via FCP style vs. me where I only turn it on for red arrow slide overwrite? I'm an older editor and I get annoyed when th red arrow just appears all of the sudden when I forget to turn off the smart tool. Anyone else have this issue?

I've been on an Avid since '98, and I too rarely use the smart tools. I must admit though that sometimes the red roller tool is a nice feature.
