Cineform and Virtualdub used to play great together on my Win7-64 machine, but with recent versions of Neo4K this has been less and less the case on my system - I'm now frequently getting frozen input and output panels, or green panels, in Vdub.
This could well be my video drivers (NForce), or maybe I need a newer Vdub version, but before I start troubleshooting I wondered if any others have been encountering these glitches?

I couldn't even get virtualdub to run on my Win7-64k systems. Instead I use Video Enhancer, which runs all the virtualdub plugins - and I like the interface better. It runs great with Cineform files.

I rarely use VDub anymore, but the most recent stable (1.9.11) and beta (1.10.0), both 32 and 64 bit versions, work fine for me under Win 7 64 bit Ultimate. The only thing that doesn't work is you can't use the CFHD VFW codec for compression when capturing.
