I recently bought a FLIP Ultra HD. When I tried any of the CS5 built-in codecs for 720p video, I had to render the video and the quality was poor. I tried converting the video using Cineform's HDLink and tried that video with CS5 and the Cineform 720p preset. The result was perfect video that required no rendering and showed no quality degradation. Two thumbs up.
