Hey all!

So I've been freelancing at various studios around town for about 4 years now and have finally decided to take the plunge to start booking my own weddings and figured it was about time I posted something. Business details are still being worked out and so I'm very much in a transitional phase since I left the big box studio that gave me most of my work for various reasons. (Those around the Chicagoland area may know what happened with that, studio dropped the ball big time, also I'm just kinda sick of doing boring single cam doc style) So if your in need of a reliable shooter with gear, let me know as I still have many dates still open for this summer.

This was a solo shoot with entirely too much gear for a one person to carry so I didn't have a whole lot of time for detail/flashy shots since I still had to shoot for a traditional long form doc style edit. The prep is weak due to the compactness of the room and there was no alternatives of where she could get ready but whatever I'll shut up now..... (I'm my own worst enemy when viewing my work!)

Comments/Critiques very welcome!!!

No, I've shot well over 200 weddings over the past 5 years or so, just mostly for other studios. Thanks though, wish I could say it was my first, I guess I should have phrased the thread better!

What equipment did you use?

I have it listed on the vimeo page, lugging it all around was definitely the toughest part of the day without any assistants.....

Great, great job on the shooting.

My only suggestion would of been to lower the music down more when there was voice over.

Irregardless, I really liked it!
