I just downloaded an evalutation copy of Connect HD and have successfully captured video from my HC1 camcorder.

Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to playback the files (which were converted to Cineform Intermediate AVI) in any of my players. I tried windows media, zoom player and VLC and nothing worked.

I know I can convert the files to Mt2 and play them with VLC, but I'd like to be able to play the AVI files as well.

Would anyone know what I need to do to play them correctly?

They should play correctly, as they are supposed to play in nearly every video tool or player. Something didn't install correctly. Please file a trouble ticket with CineForm support.

I play mine in BSPlayer - I don't remember why I even downloaded it, but it works.
