Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm getting desperate.
On my old Windows xp computer, I used mpeg streamclip to trim M2T files - as recommended by various people on DVInfo.net.
Two years ago I purchased a Windows Vista computer, and installed Quicktime alternative 1.81 and mpeg streamclip as before. I have never been able to get it to work. The program appears to start up, but the video doesn't play - just leaves the first frame on the screen while the timer keeps going.
I've had several goes at reloading it all, and trying again, when I've had time. But still it won't work. I've tried again today, using the new beta of mpeg streamclip, and still the same result.
Can anyone suggest how to solve the problem? Or is there another simple to use utility that will let me trim away the unwanted GoPs?
Thanks
