now this becomes quite a weird cadence,
but i've been finding it quite useful for a number of reasons.

i'd like to garner some reactions to how this reads in terms of motion.

thoughts?
thanks.

Looks like step processing - which it ostensibly is, so I would find it useful for footage that needs to look like either a dream/nightmare sequence or something slightly frenetic with another couple of effects layered on top - but not for standard video.

ah. i've never heard of step processing, what is it?

i'm using it to map 15fps into 24fps and just finding it very tolerable to watch...
...but then i do like frenetic ...
and funnily enough, the project i'm actually using it for is very much supposed to be a 'dreamlike' totality.
: )

in fact i'm quite pleased that i could get the round-peg of 15pfps to fit into the square-hole of 24fps with little effort. but perhaps i've personally become overly accustomed to how it actually looks.
