Hi guys hopefully someone can help me

I just moved to a new computer and installed neo hd ,registration went fine ,i even remembered to install an ac3 filter this time

but after converting my .MXF files (xdcam ex originally)
to cineform .avi i have only video when i drop the clips into vegas

and cineform is not generating the usual .wav files either

anyone have any ideas?

ive actually opened up a support ticket ,i was just hoping someone else knew what was wrong
