I have PMW-EX1R serial 1015xx,without ..CE7,CN,E,J,UC.... I have to install new software 1.15?Naw i have 1.10

The extra characters just denote the region it should have been sold in. The upgrade should work on your EX.

i installed 1.15 without problems ,I had some emotion,i connected the camera to power but not turned on the power supply :-)
