Hey Guys,I shot a few studio sessions for a local band. The videos were shot with 2 7D's. We didn't know anything about the band or even what exactly they wanted us to do until the day of the shoot. Here is one of the sessions we shot while they were actually recording vocal tracks.
Lenses : canon 50mm 1.4
canon 85mm 1.2
Sigma 18-50 2.8
canon 16-35mm 2.8

Nice work. Enjoyed the mix of colour and black and white, and the shots were nicely framed and edited. Thanks

Nicely done! I have a shoot next week and I want to use my 7D instead of my XLh1 for a more "cinematic" look along with a cobra crane I just got a few weeks ago but haven't had time to get smooth with it yet. What kind of gear did you use to pull focus and do your dolly and jib shots? they looked really smooth and I'd like to achieve something similar.
thanks!

It's a slider type of camera move device.

Hey Marty, Sorry for not getting back to you. The gear I used is listed in the post besides the Manfrotto Monopod and tripod.I just used my hand to pull focus and that was with the Sigma lens. Since its a macro lens you can get a real shallow DOF with it. And for the price its a great lens IMO. I shot probably 70% from the Monopod.
