Just throwing this out there but would there be a way to record an image exposed at 2 or 3 stops more open to the nanoflash than the one recorded to the camera so you could combine the image in post to do a version of HDR? seeing if this technology would be possible

The nF can only record whatever the camera (or another SDI or HDMI source) sends it. So, if your camera can send out images at 2 or 3 stops more open than it records internally, the nF will record it. Otherwise not.

Dear Ed,

The camera sets the exposure.

We are not in a position to create High Dynamic Range in the nanoFlash, sorry.
