Hi All

I'm sure I am missing something simple but I just want to plug in 1 mic and get a mono signal on both channels 1 and 2 so I can have 2 different levels to chose from in the edit.

If you don't have a splitter or Y cord for your mic you probably have to use the front Cam Mic input as the Rear inputs are separate.

Yes if you use the front cam mic input and then matrix it to ch 1+2 you can do this.
