I was, to be honest playing with my GH1, which I've only just got and seem to have switched off its ability to shoot in avchd. When I press record in movie mode with avchd capture the hand stabiliser signal comes up and the iso symbol changes to iso 200 from auto, but it doesn't record.

For those that know better. What have I done? It records in other modes just not to avchd codec.

No replies but I was able to sort it by re formatting the card. No idea why it stopped, the card wasn't full. anyway thought I'd post a solution here so if it happens in future you'll know a solution. Thanks

As there are so many variables involved with the hack, it's always difficult to know exactly what can cause these kinds of problems, but a fast card is a must. Getting into a habit of reformatting the cards before use, should ensure you get fewer of these problems.
