I've never had a data loss but I'd be wary of carrying that much on a single card. I'm using 16gb cards and even with those I cringe to think of what would happen if the card cracked, got corrupted or was lost.

How many minutes you get on a 16gb cards recording 1080 30p?

Thanks for you time

For 1080 24p it comes out to just under 50 minutes. So for 64gb it would be approximately 3 hrs and 20 minutes. 64gb is probably not any more prone to accident or corruption than a 16gb, so if you regularly back it up you might not be taking a bigger risk.

I have ordered 64GB SDXC cards for use with the Panasonic AF100 but they have yet to arrive,
which is OK because the camera is backordered as well.

Seems to me anything that limits the number of things to fumble around with on the job is a plus--four 16GB cards is more to keep track of on the job than one 64GB card. I would think the chance of losing a card on the job is greater than the chance of corruption, at least for me.
