The Panasonic GH2 shoots either 24p or 60i. I prefer to work with 30p footage. Is it appropriate to convert my 60i clips to 30p using HDLink? Are there any downsides to doing so such as loss of resolution or interlace artifacts? I will often mix footage in the same project with clips from a Sony EX1R shot at 30p.
