I just upgraded to CS5 and the Cineform project presets don't show up in Premiere. How do I get them installed? Thanks.

you must remove and install again cineform.
if you upgrade from cs4, it installed during cineform install in cs4 folder, later it cannot know that you have installed a cs5.
and check newer version of cineform :-)
