I have a couple of nice stands and tons of clamps that should work well. Reflectors would be clamped to a stand or two used inside and out. I like white and gold option. It would be to help with one or two people in the frame. Outside it will be natural light and inside well everything from natural to wide range of light kits.
My question is what folding reflections do people recommend?

I needed some for projects but I didn't want to spend a ton of cash on something that I didn't use every day so I bought the ones from Digital Juice.
I bought the combination set which covers all the bases - silver, gold, silver/gold, white and translucent.
The set of 3 (reversible) cost about as much as one reflector from B&H.
I'm happy with them for sure.

Thanks Chris,
I did not know Digital Juice sold them. I will check theirs out. For me I am in the same boat not a daily use but when I need them I want decent quality and easy to transport. Sounds like that is what you purchased.

I just checked the website and looks like they are currently sold out. Hopefully they will be back in stock again soon.

Just noticed the same thing. I will see what they say about stock. First shoot where it might be needed is 10 Jan.
What size did you buy? Or did you buy all three?

I got the large size set of 3.
I'm considering getting the smaller sizes too. The big ones are nice but sometimes much too big.

I have a Photoflex Medium Litepanel (PVC):
LitePanel 39"x72" PVC Frame (http://www.photoflex.com/Pro_Products/LitePanels/Medium__39x72_/LitePanel_39_x72__PVC_Frame/index.html)
I like how it packs in a case vs the pankake and it's various mounting options keep it steady. Mine is white on one side and gold on the other.

Chris you purchases three of the large ones?
Les it looks nice but a little bigger to pack since I would need the Alum frame. They do not recommend the PVC frame to sit in a car or be used in the sun.
EDIT: I did not even see the Super 5:1 reflector kit. I was only looking at the 5:1 reflector kit.

I purchased the SUPER sized ones. I use them for outdoor independent movie shoots. They work great when you are lighting several people but a bit large for indoors or just a bit of fill in a small area.
I'm going to get some of the smaller ones for that. I've been using a silver sun shade from the car but its not nearly as reflective as the REAL ones.

Thanks Chris,
Looks to me that the Super size and some small ones would cover most of the needs for reflectors. I will check when they will have them in stock again.

Well Digital Juice said they are not going to have them in stock for a while. Too bad they looked nice.
So here is a options I found that looks OK. I would go for the 5-in-1 42" with stand and holder. Two of these should be a nice start for a one camera shoot with one or two talking heads while on the road. One for defuse and one for light or what ever combo is needed.
