Hi! I've got a really weird problem here! :)

I was effectively using Neo4K-5.1.4.273 HDLink to convert 23,976 MOVs taken with latest 5d firmware to 23,976 cineform AVIs for editing.

However recently I tried to convert 5D footage that was taken with old 30p-only firmware. To my surprise HDLink changed frame rate of all files to 23,976 for some reason! I checked my prefs, namely Rate Change dropdown and it was set to No Change.

Hoping to get a quick fix of this issue, I downloaded latest version Neo4K-5.2.3.284 and now it just crashes with old 30p footage! 23,976 footage is converted just fine.

do a clean install and make sure quicktime player is installed:

1) Uninstall all CineForm Software that you have installed.
2 Remove 'CineForm HD VFW Codec' from Add/Remove Programs (if it is listed there). If you are unable to remove this, you can either skip this step or use this Microsoft Knowledge Base Article to manually remove this.
3) Check C:\Program Files\ to see if there is a 'CineForm' directory present. If there is, delete it. (for 64-bit OS, check C:\Program Files (x86)\)
4) Check C:\Program Files\Common Files to see if a 'CineForm' directory is present. If so, delete it. (for 64-bit OS, check C:\Program Files (x86)\...)
5) Check C:\Windows\System32 to see if two files are present, "CFHD.dll", "CHFD.inf". If either of them are there, delete them.
6) Click on the 'Start' button
7) Select 'Run'
8) Type 'regedit' and click 'Ok'
9) Browse to 'Hkey_Local_Machine>Software>' and if you see a 'CineForm' folder, delete it.
10) Browse to 'Hkey_Current_User>Software>' and if you see a 'CineForm' folder, delete it.
11) Download and Install the latest version of your CineForm Product from the CineForm website.

Then try converting again. If it still crashes, open a support ticket.
