I didn't find this problem with the Panasonic TM700, but when I convert footage from the HMC150 via Neoscene, almost like clockwork at the 2/3 point the video goes black while the audio continues, no matter what the length of the clip. The original MTS file though always plays complete. By the way, I'm using Vegas 9.0.
Thanks for any insight.

ive had similar issues ,if you take the clip and disconnect if from the audio "u" and then hold down control to stretch it everything syncs back up

If it is 720P30 footage, then this thread may be relevant: http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/cineform-software-showcase/474696-neoscene-doubles-frame-rate.html#post1500003
Basically, that glitch causes the video plays too fast, and so it finishes before the normal-speed audio. If that is your problem, there's a patch that will fix it.
