"One World" was a promotional piece I did for the Worlds Fair For Kids. This group is putting on the first worlds fair for kids and families. I shot, edited and did the graphics for it.

Let me know what you think - this was my first time doing anything like this.

The two videos should be on two seperate pages. The first gets in the way of the second trying to download.
Looks good, over all, but it strikes me as being too long.

I'll put the videos on separate pages today.
As far as the length goes, this was for an investor dinner, and used to raise capital for their project. The watched it while they ate and the group wanted all the information presented. I should say that the entire round of financing was completed that evening so from that standpoint the video was a success.
But thanks for commenting.

Since I was neither eating nor investing, I guess that's why it was too long for me.

it did take quite a while to load, having two videos on the same page. i think jay's suggestion to move it was good feedback.
i imagine it worked very well for its intended audience. nice production values overall, but i have to agree with jay, that for a not-in-the-know audience, some of the interviewees came across as not-too-interesting to listen too, and if you were to re-cut this for a different audience, you could probably shorten some of the head and shoulders interviews to make quicker sound bites and snap it up a bit. i think a less focused, more generalized audience would prefer it to move a bit faster, with less redundancy.
congratulations, on the success of it and for the reception. no critic speaks as loudly and clearly as financing! you should be proud.
