Wondering which factor Red eye is the last until lens shade becomes visible in frame?

Is it 0,7x or maybe 0,65x? Finally I decided that i need that for wide shots, unfortunately I have to make
decision without seeing/trying so if I buy it wrong, there goes my money.
Using lens shade (stock, of course) is crucial to me.

And, yes, I'm talking about 20x stock lens on XL H1A.

An educated guess from me coming up. Any stock lens hood is designed to effectively (efficiently) hood the lens at its widest angle only. It becomes less and less efficient the further you zoom away towardstelephoto.n And by lens shade I take it you mean lens hood, right?

Ergo - if you fit a wide-angle converter, whatever its power, you're going to see inside the hood and therefore vignette the image. Fit the converter by all means (and 0.7x is pretty mild) but you'll need to get another hood.

Yeah, It should be true what you saying. But in practice, you can put your finger pretty deep inside section drawn by lens shade's outer lineout. Therefor I believe there is some spare space,bu how many.
I found myself numerous times handholding my cam by lens shade and realizing that my fingers are in image. They weren't.
EDIT: No, they weren't there nor in overscan.
